One of the main events is the "Calendimaggio", on 15th of May, which is a street event organised in Campiglia to celebrate Spring. In May there is also the "Palamita" (bonito) a blue fish fair in San Vincenzo, while in July there is the "Fish Fair" in Piombino, with the great pan of fried fish fished locally.
For meat-lovers, the "Wild Hog Fair" in Suvereto, during the month of December, is an event not to be missed.
